EMDPI provides you a support for the definition and integration of innovative solutions based on electromagnetic processing. We operate at different level of development: from the idea to the integration of induction system in R&D prototype (TRL4/5).

EMDPI expertise is focused on the three following points:
1- Concept definition and feasibility study

• Scientific and technical support to select and define the good induction system based on customer needs : proper choice of frequency range, transverse or longitudinal flux, connexion with capacity box and generator,….
• Evaluation of physical phenomena involved
• Feasibility study on simplified configuration : analytical approach

2- Support for the process development

• Support for  specifications of the induction device and its integration on R&D prototype
• Validation of the technical solution with multiphysics modelling of the induction configuration : definition of the most relevant simplified configuration
• Monitoring and expertise of device trials

3- Training courses

• Training on Induction heating and Electromagnetic processes: Basic physical principle, electrotechnical aspect from the generator to the charge.
• Training on different numerical approach to describe and approximate induction system 
• Specific courses dedicated to customer applications on demand
